WPM Communities is a property management company in South Texas that manages several apartment complexes in New Braunfels and Kingsville. I was hired to establish proper marketing channels, including a website, email drip campaigns, Google Ads, and a social media strategy.

WPM Communities is a locally owned property management company that needed a marketing strategy, protocols, and tools to implement ongoing efforts.

GOALS

  1. Develop and launch a proper website to market its apartment complexes as well as a more established online presence.

  2. Create a strategic marketing plan to increase leads and retention.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Launched the company's website - oversaw the design, wrote all content, and performed SEO.

  • Created drip campaigns designed to increase application submissions and maintain relationships with residents.

  • Created and implemented a social media strategy to enhance online presence.

  • Provided an ongoing content strategy that included SEO analysis, competitor comparisons, keyword guide, and web page/landing page/blog post optimization recommendations.

FINAL RESULTS

  • WPM Communities now has a comprehensive marketing strategy, guide, and tools to continue promoting and elevating its brand.

  • The owner can now identify where leads are coming from, providing the opportunity to allocate marketing budgets accordingly.

  • The company now has access to platforms allowing ongoing communication efforts for potential, current, and past residents.
